Questions shops ask

What counts as one short pay?

One claim, counted when you upload the insurance company’s estimate. A revised estimate from them on the same claim doesn’t count again, and neither does running the rebuttal again.

What happens after 10?

You keep going. The app asks you to OK the 11th for $25, and the rest of the month’s extras just count. Once the month reaches $549, everything else that month is free.

Is there a contract?

No annual commitment. Both plans are month to month, and you can cancel at any time.

Do I need a specific estimating system?

No. Both plans work from PDFs, so they work with whatever estimating system you use.

Do unused short pays roll over?

No. Your 10 start fresh each month on your billing date.

Can I switch plans?

Any time, from Billing in the app. If you’re going over 10 most months, Unlimited is close to the same price and has no monthly count.
